Looking for a Creative Head Someone from Women's wear fashion.

Its for an early stage start-up with a mission to transform the way Indian women discover and purchase premium fashion and lifestyle products. Recognizing the unique dynamics of the Indian market, where the premium fashion segment and the share of women's apparel.

By 2030, the Fashion & Lifestyle category in India is expected to be a $300 billion+ market, doubling from its current $150 billion value. Within this booming industry, women's fashion is set to be the largest growth category. Unlike the global trend where the women-to-men ratio in apparel share is about 2:1 in developed countries, India's share is currently just around 1:1 and is expected to grow faster than any other category within fashion. Despite the significant growth, there is a noticeable gap between premium mass-market products and luxury offerings in the Indian fashion and lifestyle sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Aesthetics Lead of the Brand:


- Oversee the aesthetic direction of the brand's visual presence in-store and across all platforms. Ensure the design reflects the brand's values, identity, and target audience preferences, constantly evolving it to stay current with trends while maintaining brand integrity.

- Creative Lead - Guideline & SOP Maintenance:


- Develop and maintain comprehensive visual merchandising guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in design execution.


- Ensure all teams and store locations adhere to these guidelines for a unified brand aesthetic across all visual touchpoints.

Aesthetic Ownership:


- Take full ownership of the store's aesthetic, ensuring it consistently aligns with brand values and the desired customer experience.

- This includes the careful curation of store design elements, lighting, color schemes, and overall ambiance. Regularly evaluate the store's aesthetic appeal and adjust as needed to maintain a high standard.

Creative Direction:


- Lead the creative vision for the store's aesthetic, blending diverse brand identities into a cohesive and attractive environment. Guide and inspire the team to ensure that the overall aesthetic supports both individual brands and the collective concept.

Consistent Visual Language:


- Establish and maintain a consistent visual language throughout the store, ensuring that all visual elements, from displays to signage, reflect the brand's identity and core messaging. Ensure uniformity in design style, color schemes, typography, and imagery across all marketing materials and visual assets.

Visual Merchandising Strategy:


- Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies in alignment with seasonal themes, brand standards, and store goals.


- Tailor visual displays to complement the multibrand environment and enhance the shopping experience.

Product Presentation:


- Design and implement product displays for both individual brands and the collective space. Focus on creating impactful visual displays that highlight key products, promote cross-selling opportunities, and align with the customer journey.

Store Layout and Design:


- Collaborate with the store management and other departments to design the store layout, ensuring the efficient use of space and a seamless, visually pleasing shopping experience.


- Monitor traffic flow and make adjustments to optimize product placement.
