HR Specialist - Retail/Fashion Apparel Industry (5-8 yrs)

Area of Operation: HR (Diversity Candidates)

Location: Delhi

Reports to: AGM - HR

Core Responsibilities:

- Recruitment & onboarding: Managing the entire life cycle

- Should be handling a corporate HR role(mandatory).

- Employee Engagement: Planning Employee Engagement Roadmap, scheduling, executing and monitoring the activities across the organization.

- Use social media to communicate and engage with prospective employees through effective campaigns

- Employer Branding: Designing People focused content for social media platforms

- Prepare and report the detailed Employee Engagement Dashboard

- PMS Effective implementation of the PMS process & ensuing all SOP's are followed

- Learning & Development: Plan, organize & facilitates corporate training and ensuring planned training man day for each employee

- To build and maintain brand image for HR in the digital space -own Websites, LinkedIn, campus locations, etc.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Knowledge and skill set

- Excellent communication skills and presentation skills

- Planning, analysing, & data assimilation skills

- Should be adept with Excel & PowerPoint

- Strong team management skills with great time management and interpersonal skills

Education: MBA in HR

Experience: 5 - 8 Years in a similar capacity

Industry: Retail, Fashion- Apparel.

Budget: 12-13 LPA.
