Location: Andheri, Mumbai

Qualifications & Experience:

- Full-time Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or Communications from a reputed design institute, with strong foundational skills in creative content design and development.

- 10-15 years of experience in a marketing-driven corporate environment, ideally spanning 2-3 companies, providing a well-rounded perspective on creative strategy and execution (preferably from B2B / industrial components manufacturing companies).

- Proven expertise in leading multi-channel creative campaigns with measurable impact on engagement, mindshare, and lead generation.

Job Description: Creative Lead

- The Creative Lead will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative vision and direction of all the brands in Group of companies, supporting the organization's mission to drive mindshare, capture market share, and generate high-quality leads.


- This role requires a blend of exceptional creative content development skills with a strategic understanding of business objectives.


- The ideal candidate will align all creative initiatives with the organization's broader marketing and branding goals, ensuring that each piece of content serves to communicate our unique value proposition, enhance brand recall, and drive actionable results across both Indian and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Creative Vision & Strategy:

- Develop and execute a creative strategy that not only showcases the organization's brand identity but also aligns with overarching business and marketing objectives for each of the brands & businesses we operate.

- Ensure that all creative outputs support the goals of capturing market share, building mindshare, and generating high-quality leads.

- Balance creative excellence with business impact, creating content that is not only visually compelling but also designed to engage target audiences in a meaningful way that moves them through the sales funnel.

- Ensure creative outputs are focused on enhancing the overall customer experience across touchpoints, from initial awareness to post-purchase interactions, creating seamless and engaging brand experiences.

2. Campaign & Content Development & Management:

- Design multi-channel multi-lingual campaigns with a strong understanding of both creative and branding needs, ensuring that each campaign meets the marketing objectives and contributes to the organization's competitive positioning.

- Closely work with marketing colleagues to develop on-ground and online activation concepts to maximize engagement across target segments and geographic regions.

- Translate campaign objectives in creative briefs that are easy to decode by the creative team & ensure that the outcome is in complete alignment with stated objectives.

- Oversee multi-format content development (visual, written, video) across platforms, ensuring consistency, relevance, and adherence to platform best practices.

3. Market Analysis & Trends:

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure the organization's creative direction remains innovative and competitive.

- Translate industry insights into creative concepts relevant to B2B buyers, enhancing brand recall and differentiation.

4. Crisis Management & Issue Resolution:

- Proactively identify potential issues in creative execution and take swift action to resolve them, ensuring deadlines are met and quality is not compromised.

- Act as the key point of escalation for creative-related challenges, especially in time sensitive or high-pressure situations.

5. Performance & Resource Optimization:

- Set and monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of creative content and campaigns in driving engagement and lead generation.

- Analyze and optimize performance data to enhance future creative strategies.

- Ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of creative projects, managing resources and vendors for maximum ROI.

- Oversee budget utilization to align with strategic goals and identify cost-saving opportunities.
