General Manager Projects

Role & responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and budgeting to ensure successful project delivery.
2. Budgeting and Cost Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.
3. Estimation and Tendering: Prepare and review project estimates, tenders, and contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
4. Analytics and Reporting: Analyse project performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide regular progress reports to senior management.
5. Team Management: Lead & manage a team of project managers, engineers and other support staff to ensure effective project delivery.
6. Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with external stakeholders, including architects, contractors and government agencies, to ensure smooth project execution.
7. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations and environmental policies.

Preferred candidate profile :

Male, Age 50 +/-

We are seeking an experienced person to lead our project management team in Durgapur, West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have 25+ years of experience in managing 100 to 200 Cr Project size Real Estate projects (Residential & Commercial), with expertise in budgeting, project planning, estimation, managing project team and analytics.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of project management principles, practices, and techniques.

- Excellent budgeting, estimation, project management and analytical skills.

- Proficient in MS Office, project management software, ERP and other relevant tools.

- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certifications are desirable.
