Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking out for Project Manager for our Residential Project, Candidate must have 10 to 20 years of experience in Residential construction. Candidate should have good knowledge of RCC level as well as finishing level construction activities and must be well versed with Auto CAD.

Costing, quality control , budgeting, planning, maintaining the timelines along with quality of construction and giving possession to the clients are the qualities we are looking for in the candidate. He must be able to handle various sites and co - ordinate with all concerned consultants and contractors.

Duties:

To study the drawings, tender and specifications and administer the project based on same.Forecasting requirement of resources.

Co-ordination with the architect, structural consultants for the drawings required for the projects.
Liaison with several agencies
Attend in house and outside meetings to pass the knowledge and collected information.
Periodic reporting to concerned directors about the project progress.
Advice the management on new ideas, developments, economy etc.,
Having served as project manager in previous company.
Should have completed at least 2-3 project from start to finish as a project manager. Should have experience in high rise residential projects.
Basic knowledge of MEP.
Must have worked for a contractor or builder.
Develop project budgetary cost planning to feed into cash flows, analyze and validate the costing through rate analysis, based on trends and fluctuations in the market
Responsible for preparation of procurement strategy based on project development schedule and manage the end to end process of procurement
Prepare feasibility reports, bench mark case studies, and development briefs for identified projects etc.

Years of proven work experience in the field of real estate with developers or project management firms on projects related to mixed use developments, commercial or residential projects
To ensure compliance with planning, organizing resources, setting standards of quality,etc.
To monitor the project execution progress based on the actual Vs planned. Highlight the deviations for proactive measures of damage control.
To minimize wastage of construction material.Coach subordinates to develop the teams capabilities and build astrong succession pipeline for the role.

Required Candidate profile

Be familiar with procurement strategy, contracting strategy, Pre-Qualification, Tendering process, Contract Administration; Budgetary Costing, Project Cost Plan, Cash Flows
Should possess leadership skills with self-motivation and people management skills; multi- tasking and prioritizing skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, networking capabilities
Demonstrated experience in Auto CAD, Power point, MS Office, MS Project Software
Must have knowledge of and should be in touch with different contractors in the market.
