Chief Sales Officer

Role & responsibilities :

• Execute the marketing plan including digital marketing for generating leads
• Process the leads with the help of Marketing Assistant and identify prospects as per prescribed SOP (to be developed)
• Understand the needs of the prospect and convert the prospect to a customer by implementing the customer handling SOP (to be developed)
• Manage the customer journey as per SOP after the flat is booked by the customer
• Achieve sales and post sales collection target every month by guiding the assistants and self-efforts as needed
• Continuous research on competition and new opportunities for formulating improved marketing strategies
• Cost optimization of marketing efforts by constantly reducing cost of lead generated and cost per converted customer
• Maintain and update the customer records for CRM
• Manage extra work needed by customers with a balance between customer expectations and cost.

Preferred candidate profile :

• Male, Age 40 +/-
• Minimum Qualification- MBA-Sales & Marketing
• Work Experience- Real Estate Sales Experience (Residential & Commercial Projects)
• Fluent in Bengali and Hindi. Ability to communicate effectively in written English is desired.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Power point & ERP.
• Competent in data analysis and MIS, including digital marketing
• Effective communication skills including the ability to Data analysis of the Project, Competition, Market Dynamics
• Problem solving skills including Customer handling skills
• Highly disciplined and process oriented
• Existing relationships with Corporates for commercial clients are an advantage.
