Position Overview:.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with merchants and vendors on our platform.
- You will ensure seamless onboarding, enhance merchant engagement, and work cross-functionally to provide the best possible experience for our partners.
Key Responsibilities:.
Merchant Onboarding & Integration:.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring smooth integration into the platform, providing necessary tools and training for success.
Primary Merchant Liaison:.
- Act as the main point of contact for merchant inquiries, providing timely responses, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Relationship Management:.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with vendors and merchants, ensuring their needs are met, fostering loyalty, and identifying areas for growth.
Performance Monitoring & Insights:.
- Regularly monitor merchant performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to enhance engagement, increase sales, and optimize platform usage.
Partnership Expansion:.
- Proactively identify opportunities to expand merchant partnerships and onboard new vendors, contributing to the growth and diversity of our product offerings.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:.
- Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Operations, and Product to improve merchant experience, implement strategies, and enhance platform features.
Qualifications:.
Experience:.
- 3+ years of experience in a B2B marketplace, account management, or customer success role.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms is a plus.
