Unikon.ai - UI/UX Designer - Figma (3-6 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a talented and passionate UI/UX Designer with at least 3 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a solid grasp of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate user needs into elegant and functional digital experiences.

You will work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and marketing teams to create intuitive designs that delight users and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

Wireframing & Prototyping :

- Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, and user flows for both web and mobile applications to map out clear user journeys.

Designing User Interfaces :

- Develop visually engaging, user-friendly, and responsive UI designs that reflect business goals and user feedback.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions that meet timelines and objectives.

User Research & Feedback :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to gather insights, iterate on designs, and improve the user experience.

Design Consistency :

- Maintain consistency in branding, typography, colors, and layouts across all platforms and devices.

Developer Collaboration :

- Partner with developers to ensure that design specifications are implemented accurately and efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications :

- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma or similar platforms.

- Strong understanding of design principles, user psychology, and accessibility standards.

- Proven experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and detailed visual designs.

- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus but not mandatory.

- Strong communication skills to present and explain design decisions effectively.

- Preferred Education: Graduates from NIFT/NID or similar design institutions will have an added advantage.
