Manager HRBP

HRBP MANAGER, APAC - JOB DESCRIPTION & WORK SCOPE

Location: Bangalore

Presence: In-office

The HRBP manager to collaborate closely with business leadership & line managers within the region to execute on our HR Strategy. The role will be instrumental in driving people-related initiatives and will provide guidance and leadership on all HR matters to Biz Leaders & line managers, to ensure a high-performing, engaged, and productive workforce.

Key Focus Areas:

Strategic HR Partnering:

• Consult & partner with leaders & managers to understand their needs and provide strategic HR guidance, including workforce planning and talent development. Provide advise as needed on org design, development, workforce structure, team configuration etc,.

• Act as a coach, partner, and confidant to managers and leaders in the organization(s) you ll support

Employee Engagement & Relations

• Develop, plan, and execute engagement programs that foster an environment where employees feel connected, valued, motivated and are aligned to Uniphore Values. Be a Culture champion.

• Act as a point of escalation for employee relations issues, handling complex employee concerns, mediating conflicts, and ensuring resolution while maintaining a fair and respectful workplace.

• Lead and support change management efforts, ensuring effective communication, smooth transitions, and minimizing resistance during organizational changes, restructuring, or transformations.

Performance Management & Development

• Partner with business leadership, managers and the Talent Management CoE to drive and manage the performance management process, including coaching line managers.

Talent Development:

• Work closely with the Talent Management team to support execution of learning & development programs, including managerial and leadership development.

Process Improvement & HR Analytics:

• Work closely with the People Operations team to review and improve HR processes to enhance efficiency, ensure legal compliance, and improve employee satisfaction.

• Advise on the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring consistency and alignment with labor laws, best practices, and the company s values.

• Utilize HR metrics and analyse people data and trends to develop insights, inform decisions and influence actions & change.

Minimum Requirements

• 8-10+ years of experience as an HR business partner in technology companies and more established organizations. Exposure in a start-up would be a plus.

• Experience partnering and influencing leaders to help drive and align their people strategy and increase business results

• Strong analytical and project management skills, proven ability to design clear processes, and a very detail-oriented yet flexible approach to problem solving

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
