UniNxt - Admissions Counsellor - Sales (0-3 yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Enrolling students for courses offered by the company.

2. Handling Inbound and Outbound calls, follow up on Enquiry and database.

3. Understand student requirement and guide the student to the right program fitting his/her requirement.

4. Conduct interactive sessions with the students.

5. Enquiring students on the education loan.

6. Ensure proper servicing is done for the students enrolled.

Essential Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.

2. Applicants with or without any prior experience in Study Abroad Industry can apply. ( Freshers, Graduates, Applicants with prior experience in Communications or related fields, Customer services etc. are all eligible to apply).

3. Good Communication skills and fluency in English (written and verbal).

- This is a full-time role.

- Location hiring for : Gurugram (Sector-74A)

Note : The joining period starts in October, 2023.
