Urgent Junior Accounts Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage all company financial transactions such as invoicing, purchases, bank reconciliation and compliance with financial policies and regulations (GST, TDS, Professional Tax) as per set SoPs
• Maintain a calendar of compliances for different types of companies (LLP, Pvt Ltd., Limited) and a calendar for renewal of associated applications from different Govt Depts
• Daily data-entry of transactions
• Verification of payment received, and payments made

• Calculate tax payments and returns
• Timely monthly filing of GST, TDS, PT and all other applicable filings & it's reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned to fulfil organizational needs

Job Skills Required:

• Minimum experience of 1 year in Zoho Books or Quick Books
• Minimum experience of 1 year in filing company GST returns via GST portal, TDS filing and experience with the E-Way Bill system
• Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
