Role & responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform data entry and process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments.
- Handle all purchase and direct finance invoice bookings independently.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and track expenses.
- Generate and review financial reports as required.
- Provide support for audit and tax preparation activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with team members on various finance-related projects.
Preferred candidate profile
- Proficiency in ZOHO accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and financial finalization.
- Ability to manage accounts independently.
- Experience in audit preparation and regulatory compliance.
- Candidates from Navi Mumbai will be given preference.
