Account Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 23 years of experience in accounting, a strong understanding of Tally, and expertise in bank statement reconciliation and vendor reconciliation. A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Financial Management:
  
• Maintain accurate financial records in Tally.
• Process and verify financial transactions, invoices, and receipts.
• Reconciliation Tasks:
  
• Perform regular bank statement reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate vendor account reconciliations.
• Reporting and Analysis:
  
• Assist in preparing financial reports as required.
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of proven experience in accounting or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Tally software.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliation processes, including bank and vendor accounts.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
