Accounts Executive

Who we are looking for?

Lynkit is seeking an accounts or finance or taxation specialist with 2 + years of practical experience to join the team.

Job Description:

• Maintaining Books of Accounts in a digital accounting software such as Zoho Books
• Bank statement reconciliation
• Budget accounting and maintain financial monthly statements
• Knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of GST and TDS
• Ensure adherence to various taxation and other laws
• Responsible for payment follow up with the clients
• Responsible for data entry for bills
• Responsible for checking employee claims/ reimbursements
• Responsible for registration for new client or new vendors
• Responsible for all vendor bills cross check, and make ready for payment, book all the expenses (internal and external) in Zoho Books
• Knowledge of online bank transaction i.e. Enet/ Online payment etc
• Other Miscellaneous work to be performed assigned to you by management on time to time
