Jeto Vacations is a leading travel and tourism company dedicated to providing exceptional vacation experiences. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Account Executive to join our finance team and contribute to the smooth operation of our financial functions.

Job Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Accounting Management:
• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping tasks.
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with internal financial controls.
2. Taxation & Filings:
• Manage and ensure timely filing of GST (Goods and Services Tax) and TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) returns.
• Assist in preparing and filing Income Tax Returns.
3. Software Proficiency:
• Efficiently work with Zoho Accounting Software and Tally ERP 9 to record and monitor financial transactions.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and MS Office to generate reports, maintain spreadsheets, and support accounting activities.
4. Reporting & Reconciliation:
• Prepare financial reports and statements, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
• Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
5. Accounting Terms and Principles:
• Apply knowledge of basic accounting terms to ensure proper financial management, cost control, and overall accuracy in bookkeeping.
6. Other Responsibilities:
• Assist the senior accounting team with any financial queries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and corporate financial policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Educational Background:
• Must have a commerce background (Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Zoho Accounting Software and Tally ERP9.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Sound understanding of GST, TDS filing, and Income Tax Returns.
• Knowledge of basic accounting terms and principles.
• Personal Attributes:
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
