Zendesk QA

We are seeking a skilled Zendesk QA to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience working with the Zendesk platform and possess a strong understanding of Zendesk APIs and Apps Framework. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about quality assurance and have a proven track record of performing a wide range of testing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Zendesk Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Zendesk platform, including administration, APIs, and Apps Framework.
• Integration Testing: Perform integration testing to ensure that Zendesk interacts seamlessly with third-party applications and services.
• API Testing: Test APIs for functionality, security, and performance to ensure the robustness of Zendesk integrations.
• Workflow Testing: Conduct end-to-end workflow testing to verify that processes within Zendesk are streamlined and functioning as expected.
• Functional & Regression Testing: Execute functional and regression testing for new features, ensuring that enhancements do not impact existing functionality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers, product teams, and stakeholders to define test plans, test cases, and quality standards.
• Bug Tracking & Reporting: Identify and report bugs and defects using issue tracking tools. Work with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Test Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test cases, test scripts, and defect logs.

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Zendesk (Admin and QA-related roles).
• Strong expertise in Zendesk platform, APIs, and Apps Framework.
• Experience with Integration Testing, API Testing, Workflow Testing, and Functional & Regression Testing.
• Good understanding of Zendesk administration is a significant advantage.
• Proficient in using QA tools and frameworks for test case management, bug tracking, and reporting.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
