Drive Test Engineer

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Drive Test Engineer with expertise in 4G and 5G technologies to join our team. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as TEMS, NEMO, TEMS - Pocket, and AZQ, and will work with leading telecom operators such as Bharti Airtel, Jio, and VIL. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct drive tests for 4G and 5G networks to assess network quality and coverage.
• Analyze drive test data using TEMS, NEMO, and AZQ tools to generate comprehensive reports.
• Perform network performance analysis and optimization using TEMS - Pocket and other related tools.
• Benchmark Bharti Airtel, Jio, and VIL networks to evaluate their quality and performance.
• Identify network issues and work on troubleshooting, optimization, and improvement.
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure network quality and improve coverage.
• Provide regular feedback and detailed performance reports to clients and management.

Key Skills:

• Drive Test experience in 4G & 5G networks.
• Proficiency in using TEMS, TEMS - Pocket, NEMO, and AZQ tools.
• Strong understanding of network performance analysis and optimization.
• Experience working with major telecom operators such as Bharti Airtel, Jio, and VIL.
• Ability to perform benchmarking and comparative analysis of different telecom networks.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 years of experience in Drive Test Engineering or Network Optimization.
• Hands-on experience with drive testing and network optimization tools.
• Strong understanding of 4G and 5G technologies.
• Knowledge of telecom network architecture and parameters.
