Job Description
- Deep understanding of the Zendesk platform, including administration, configuration, and customization.
- Expertise in Zendesk APIs, including integration, data flow, and third-party app interactions.
- Experience in developing and managing custom apps using Zendesk Apps framework (JavaScript, HTML, CSS).
- Conduct comprehensive integration testing to validate Zendesk integrations with other systems.
- Perform API testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security of Zendesk APIs.
- Test and optimize Zendesk workflows, including ticket routing, triggers, automations, and reporting.
- Execute functional testing to verify that all Zendesk features meet business requirements.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure new updates and changes do not impact existing functionalities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues within Zendesk and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Maintain documentation on Zendesk configurations, customizations, APIs, and testing procedures.
