Microwave Engineer

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Microwave Engineer to join our team for the VIL project in Gujarat. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in microwave engineering, with expertise in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of microwave communication systems. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge microwave technology, ensuring high-quality project delivery and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• eNodeB Installation & Configuration: Oversee the installation, configuration, and alignment of eNodeB equipment to ensure seamless integration with the network.
• Microwave System Installation: Lead the setup and configuration of microwave communication systems, ensuring all hardware is properly installed and tested for optimal performance.
• System Commissioning: Execute commissioning tasks, including end-to-end testing, to confirm that the microwave system operates according to specified performance standards.
• ATP (Acceptance Test Procedures): Perform thorough ATPs to verify the microwave systems meet quality, functionality, and performance criteria.
• Microwave Link Optimization: Ensure all microwave links are optimally configured and troubleshoot any connectivity issues to maintain system integrity and efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in microwave installation, commissioning, and system optimization.
• In-depth knowledge of eNodeB installation, configuration, and integration.
• Strong understanding of Acceptance Test Procedures (ATP) and network connection management.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, testing, and maintaining microwave communication systems.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems independently.
• Ability to work effectively both individually and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel within Madhya Pradesh for project-related tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field.
• Relevant certification or training in microwave communication systems is highly desirable.
• Previous experience with VIL (Vodafone Idea Limited) or similar telecommunication projects is an advantage.
