Assistant Manager - AMS and Flipkart Ads (Marketplace Ads e-commerce)
Job Overview:
- The PPC Ads Expert will manage and optimize marketplace ad campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Purplle to drive conversions and achieve key performance goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and collaboration with both internal teams and external agencies to maximize advertising efficiency and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize PPC campaigns across marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Purplle.
- Ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives and deliver high performance.
Performance Tracking:
- Track, analyze, and optimize key campaign metrics, including CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPC, and conversion rates.
- Regularly review and adjust ad strategies to improve performance outcomes.
Ad Testing and Optimization:
- Test various ad creatives, formats, and targeting strategies to identify the best-performing variations.
- Use insights to refine campaigns for better results.
Collaboration with Agencies:
- Coordinate with external agencies to enhance ad performance and drive higher revenue from paid channels.
Internal Team Coordination:
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize ad performance and align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Utilize marketing analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on paid marketing performance.
- Present campaign results and insights through detailed reports at regular intervals.
Data Tracking and Updates:
- Manage and update analytics mechanisms to ensure consistent and accurate data tracking for campaign performance evaluation.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field; MBA in Digital Marketing from top-tier B-schools is preferred.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Amazon Pi, and marketing analytics tools.
- Certifications in FB Blueprint, Google Ads, and Google Analytics are highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for campaign planning, analysis, and presentation.
Behavioral Skills:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborative team player capable of working effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
