Presales Infrastructure Specialist:

We are seeking a dynamic Presales Infrastructure Specialist to lead technical engagements with customers, design tailored solutions, and support the sales team in achieving business objectives. The role requires a deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, storage, virtualization, cloud computing, and security, to align technology solutions with client needs.

Presales Support:

1. Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and define solution proposals.
2. Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and workshops to showcase solution capabilities.
3. Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create detailed technical proposals and BoQs (Bill of Quantities).
4. Develop and deliver Proof of Concepts (PoC) to validate solutions with clients.

Solution Design & Architecture:

1. Design infrastructure solutions across servers, storage, networking, and cloud platforms.
2. Align proposed solutions with customer environments, considering scalability, reliability, and cost.
3. Integrate multi-vendor products and services to create optimized end-to-end solutions.

Customer Engagement:

1. Build relationships with key customer stakeholders, including C-level executives.
2. Understand customer pain points and recommend value-driven solutions.
3. Act as a technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
