Job Description

Job Title: Territory Manager / Area Sales Manager Critical Care Division
Company: Unifaith Biotech (P) Limited
Location: Maharashtra (Mumbai, Pune, Aurangabad, Nasik, Kolhapur)

Job Summary:

Unifaith Biotech is looking for passionate and experienced Territory Managers and Area Sales Managers to drive sales of critical care pharmaceutical products across key cities in Maharashtra. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales, with a strong understanding of the critical care segment. This is a hot opportunity to join a rapidly growing company, with plans to achieve INR 400 million in revenue for FY 2024-2025 and the launch of a new division.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, doctors, and healthcare professionals.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare institutions to promote critical care products.
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends within the assigned region.
  • Implement promotional activities and product launches in alignment with company goals.
  • Provide regular feedback to the leadership team regarding market dynamics and competitor activities.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company policies.


Skills & Qualifications Required:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in critical care sales or pharmaceutical sales.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy/Science/Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of critical care products, including antibiotics and injectable formulations.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to achieve sales targets, negotiate contracts, and manage accounts.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Market Knowledge: Familiarity with the Maharashtra healthcare market is a plus.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital marketing strategies for sales promotion.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical sales in Maharashtra.
  • Individuals with a network of doctors and healthcare professionals in the critical care segment.
  • Self-motivated professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Candidates willing to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
