About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technology Manager to provide strategic technical leadership for our SaaS-based ERP solutions, web applications, and web portal development projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale technical teams and delivering high-quality software products while driving innovation and best practices in software development.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership

• Provide technical direction and architectural oversight for SaaS-based ERP, web applications, and web portal solutions.
• Define and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable software architectures and development strategies.
• Oversee full product lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Ensure the adoption of modern frameworks, tools, and technologies to maintain competitive technical excellence.

Team Management and Leadership

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 100+ developers, architects, and technical leads across multiple projects and technology stacks.
• Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performing team culture, encouraging continuous learning and improvement.
• Develop clear performance goals, career development plans, and training programs to upskill team members.

Project Management

• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining a high standard of code quality and meeting security, scalability, and performance benchmarks.
• Manage resource allocation, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure efficient execution of technical initiatives.

Technology and Innovation

• Stay abreast of emerging trends and advancements in cloud-based ERP, SaaS solutions, and modern web technologies.
• Drive technical innovation by recommending and implementing advanced development practices and tools.
• Collaborate with leadership to align technology roadmaps with business strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in enterprise technologies, web frameworks, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, Python, or JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex software development lifecycles using Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or MS Project.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2) or Agile (CSM, SAFe).
• Experience working in industries such as healthcare, education, or manufacturing with ERP systems.
