Sales Executive - Hyderabad

Key Job Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Execution of business plan for Key Accounts.
• Overall responsible for Secondary Sales through Key Accounts.
• Enrolment of new outlets in existing Key Outlet chains.
• Ensuring stock availability at all the Outlets with a high degree of forecasting accuracy.

New Product Launches

• Present the new brand launches, SKUs launch to the local buying teams of Key Outlet chains.
• Ensure any Pack & Price change are communicated in all the chains
• Execution of Launch Promotions & Merchandising Activities.

Manage All Interface with Key Accounts

• Develop good relations right from the category buyers to the store level operation teams at the assigned Key Account chains.
• Regular feedback on Promotion and New Launch effectiveness.
• Data collection and Analysis
• Support the MT distributors by having good relations with the accounts team of Key Accounts to facilitate faster Payment.

Reporting

• Daily activity report
• Expense Statement

Education & Experience

• Graduation in any stream is mandatory. Candidates with MBA/PGDM will be preferred.
• Experience of more than 2 to 3 years in FMCG Sales in MT.

Knowledge and Skills

• Ability to lead, coach and motivate Sales Promoters for high productivity and achievement.
• Person should be a self-starter and motivated to drive sales in the territory.
• Knowledge of brands, prices, margins and activities of both own products and competition.
• Knowledge of Ms Excel and Ms PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel in urban areas.
