Job Title: Modern Trade Sales Specialist*/E-commerce Executive

*Job Summary:*

We are seeking an experienced Modern Trade Sales Specialist to oversee and manage all online selling portals. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in online sales and an added advantage if they come from an electronic background with knowledge of switches, wires, MCBs, etc.

*Key Responsibilities:*

1. Manage and oversee all online selling portals to ensure optimal performance and sales growth.

2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase online revenue and market share.

3. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

4. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling product listings and promotional campaigns.

5. Maintain strong relationships with online platform representatives to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly.

6. Ensure accurate and timely updates of product listings, pricing, and inventory across all online portals.

7. Provide exceptional customer service to online buyers and address any inquiries or complaints effectively.

8. Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

*Requirements:*

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in online sales, preferably in modern trade.

- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing online sales channels.

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies.

- Added advantage if the candidate has an electronic background with knowledge of switches, wires, MCBs, etc.

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
