This is a call for a Visualizer and a Graphic Designer with at least 3-6 years of experience. The potential candidate will be responsible for conceptualization and design of collaterals, innovation being the key. They will be working closely with the teams to create visually stunning and effective artwork that breathes quality

What you will do at UNext

• Find yourself on the road to self-growth • Create inspiring, high-quality digital artwork at scale which you would be proud to add to your portfolio
• Plan concepts by conducting research and attempting designs that effectively address marketing goals and challenges
• Obtain approval of concepts by submitting/describing rough layouts and mock-ups, wherever required.
• Collaborate with the copy writers to conceptualise and develop graphics for the above mentioned campaigns across social media platforms
• Come up with innovative ideas to approach designs for programs, Brand Guideline being the bible.
• Dig the internet for design campaigns in the education sector and share them with the team while building on it
• Be part of brainstorming sessions with the creative team and work in sync with the content team to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives, while sometimes proposing new ideas

Qualifications (Graphic Designer)(UI/UX) \

• 3-6 yrs of working within a digital, creative environment (agency and/or in-house)
• Proven ability to create high-quality creatives (portfolio required).
• Passionate about producing data-informed, measurable effective artwork- digital, social media, paid media, mobile
• Able to work effectively in a strong cross functional environment and work on feedbacks acquired from both analytical and creative partners.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Attention to detail. Those 2 pixels more towards the left should definitely kill you.
• Strong creative values with an understanding of business objectives
• Maintain technical knowledge by gathering inspirations from design workshops; professional publications; and creative societies
