What do you contribute?

You will lead the implementation of Unbxd products for various Ecommerce clients located

across the globe. You will oversee the entire project lifecycle including setup, test, launch, and

post-launch activities.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Act as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and ensuring successful implementation of e-commerce optimization and Unbxd solutions.

- Lead the technical implementation process, applying strong project management skills and technical expertise to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality.

- Coordinate integration and custom development efforts, leveraging knowledge of SaaS platforms, APIs, and cloud technologies to optimize client solutions.

- Collaborate with clients to transform feedback into actionable improvements, running tests and refining features based on customer needs and business goals.

- Oversee the technical aspects of client deployments, ensuring accurate documentation and providing technical guidance to ensure seamless delivery.

- Lead Monthly and Quarterly Technical Reviews with clients, discussing progress, troubleshooting issues, and identifying opportunities for optimization and scaling.

- Utilize data analytics to help clients scale Unbxd solutions, analyzing customer behavior and product usage to inform decisions and improve performance.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with engineering teams to deliver innovative and scalable solutions.

- Evangelize new product features to clients, ensuring smooth adoption and addressing technical challenges during implementation.

- Provide customer feedback on product features and performance to Product Management and Engineering teams, ensuring the continuous improvement of the Unbxd offerings.

Skillset :

- BE/BTech degree in Software Engineering or related field.

- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a SaaS company, with expertise in customer success and account management.

- Proven ability to manage both large and small customer accounts with tailored approaches, building long-term relationships.

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve customer issues effectively, collaborating with technical teams as needed.

- 4+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, including expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Trello

- Experience in scheduling, risk management, and coordinating successful software releases and product delivery across cross-functional teams.

- Exceptional communication skills for managing international customers and articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and product metrics using tools like Google Analyor Tableau.

- Skilled in using project tracking toolsand familiar with version control systems and software development lifecycle.

- Experience with cloud-based systems like AWS, GCP, Azure and SaaS applications, ensuring smooth product delivery and customer success.
