Job Description
- The person shall be responsible for new product development of all personal care products including colour cosmetics. Work with the NPD team to develop new products with or without product briefs. Scale-up from development formulations to commercial batches. Actively participate in all discussions regarding the projects being handled.
- Trouble-shooting at Development and at Commercial Production level. Very good understanding of Chemistry with a penchant and mind to experiment with the curriculum based and acquired knowledge.
- Quick comprehension of what is required by the client and ability to convert the understanding into outstanding products. Keep an eye on the beauty and personal care market, domestic and international, for new product launches and market intelligence.
- Be very open minded about accepting suggestions and implementing the same. Attend seminars and exhibitions relevant to the work requirements.
- Good Knowledge of Chemistry and beauty products
