Role Overview:The Telecaller at Dezire Clinic Pvt Ltd will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist potential patients with cosmetic and aesthetic treatment inquiries, and convert leads into appointments. The role requires excellent communication skills, persuasion ability, and a customer-first approach.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls, providing details on cosmetic procedures.
• Convert patient inquiries into booked consultations.
• Follow up with leads, ensuring timely appointment confirmations.
• Explain treatment benefits, pricing, and post-care instructions clearly.
• Address patient concerns, maintain strong relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate call logs & CRM records for tracking.
• Achieve monthly targets for consultations & treatment bookings.

Requirements:✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills (Hindi & English, Marathi). ✔ Experience in telecalling/sales (healthcare or cosmetic industry preferred). ✔ Basic knowledge of cosmetic procedures (training provided). ✔ Target-driven mindset & ability to handle objections professionally.
