Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator with expertise in CypCut and CAD software. KNOWLEDGE OF BRASS,MS, ALUMINIUM, STAINLESS STEEL. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC Fiber Laser cutting machines. The ideal candidate will possess advanced knowledge of CNC programming, proficiency in CypCut and CAD, and a strong commitment to producing precision parts across various materials, including mild steel, brass, and stainless steel.

Responsibilities:

• Machine Setup and Calibration:
  
• Set up CNC Fiber Laser machines based on job specifications.
• Utilize CypCut software for machine setup and programming.
• Calibrate and adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
• Programming:
  
• Interpret and execute CNC programs using CypCut and CAD software
• Collaborate with engineers and programmers to understand and implement job requirements.
• Material Handling:
  
• Load and unload raw materials onto the machine.
• Monitor material levels and replace as necessary.
• Material Knowledge:
  
• Demonstrate expertise in working with various materials, including mild steel, brass, and stainless steel.
• Quality Control:
  
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Use CypCut and CAD software to verify that the products meet design specifications.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to ensure high-quality output.
• Maintenance:
  
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC Fiber Laser machines.
• Troubleshoot and address any software or material-related issues that may arise during production.
• Safety Compliance:
  
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
• Report any safety concerns or incidents promptly.
• Documentation:
  
• Maintain accurate records of production runs, adjustments made, and quality control checks.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and procedures.
• Requirements:
• Education and Experience:
  
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a CNC Fiber Laser Machine Operator.
• Proficiency in CypCut and CAD software.
• Technical Skills:
  
• Advanced knowledge of CNC programming and operation.
• Familiarity with Fiber Laser technology.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

• Comprehensive understanding and experience working with materials such as mild steel, brass, and stainless steel.
