CNC Machine Operator

Role & responsibilities

• Operating CNC machines: CNC operators set up and operate CNC (computer numerical control) machines to produce parts efficiently, safely, and to high quality standards.
• Interpreting technical drawings: CNC operators interpret blueprints and technical drawings to adjust machine settings for different materials and conditions.
• Programming: CNC operators use geometric code (G-code) to program automated tasks.
• Quality control: CNC operators inspect finished products and ensure quality control.
• Troubleshooting: CNC operators diagnose and troubleshoot minor malfunctions.
• Safety: CNC operators adhere to safety rules.
• Collaboration: CNC operators collaborate with other members of the production team.
• Maintenance: CNC operators perform routine maintenance on the equipment.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in CNC operator with Diploma in EEE,ECE & Instrumentation, ITI (Electrician).
