- Ensure accurate cutting tools selection based on material type and part specifications.
- Set up and operate CNC machines (Lathe & VMC) to produce high-quality parts.
- Monitor machine performance, identify issues, and troubleshoot problems to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean work area by adhering to safety protocols.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in operating CNC machines (Lathe & VMC).
- Strong understanding of CNC turning processes.
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and programming CNC machines using G-code or other software.
- Ability to select appropriate cutting tools for various materials.
