Hr Executive And Recruiter

1. Responsible for manpower planning and sequencing of recruitment planner for each department.

2. Responsible for coordinating with each department and receive proper roles & responsibilities before initiating the recruitment process.

3. Understand the key recruitment of that role and identify the right candidate within the TAT.

4. Responsible for managing recruitment activities such as screening, selection process and inducting new employees, as required

5. Responsible for induction process to new employees and onboarding with welcome mail circulation as per requirement.

6. Coordinate and support implementation of engagement activities in the organization

Prepare MIS, reports, documentation and ensuring as per statutory regulation
