To check online lamination /extrusion samples ,and give feedback to operator and shift Incharge lamination if any non conformity observed.
To inspect on line Q.A lamination/extrusion process parameters and CCP (critical control points).
To check adhesive deposition of each job and give feedback to operator and sift Incharge .
To check adhesive ratio in every shift and give feedback to operator and sift Incharge .
To maintain all Q.A Lamination/extrusion related documents for internal and external audits.
To upload online adhesive and GSM entries in extrusion and lamination process.
Technical Diploma with min 5 years of experience in relevant field.
