Detailed quality checks at every stage of the product in accordance with the SOPs and to make sure the finished product meets the required quality specifications.

Understanding and following WI/SOP/OPL for product measurements and testing.

Making note of test observations and measurement readings and reporting it to all concerned authorities.

Ensuring the level of quality laboratory and having the up-to-date technical equipment.

Directly engage on supervising the quality products from the raw material until finished goods.

Analysis Trial sample and competitor sample

Responsible for defect analysis as well as complaint tracking and analysis.

Minimum 4 process audit per month.
