1. JOB PURPOSE

Partner with Head HR, Films in

• Developing, Implementing and sustaining overall HR strategies in the Division.
• Building a vibrant and harmonious work culture and environment.

• Partner closely with Head HR in developing and implementing various HR process, programs & Systems.
• Maintain a good understanding of the current internal business strategies as well as products and services; staying abreast on the HR trends in the external market.
• Partner in promoting a culture of innovation by looking for and suggesting ways to continuously improve the HR process and system and drive toward a process driven work culture.
• Partner in Talent Acquisition for attracting and retaining high potential talents for the division

• Able to develop working understanding with key stakeholders and deliver as per the line of expectation

• Able to initiate and engage employees in one to one discussion and support the process towards engaging employee

• Able to keep composed in ambiguous situations, think clearly, understands the point of conflict and make one available for resolving the situation maintaining a professional approach.

• Partner in implementing Training agendas, Training need identification and providing guidance on development for managers and their teams;
• Analyzing training needs in conjunction with functional/departmental managers; ensure and facilitate participants in knowledge sharing session’ and capturing of ‘action plan’ for self-development.
