Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the optimisation of business operations by leveraging data to generate, monitor, evaluate and report on key performance indications (KPIs) and business functions.
The position also involves preparing ad hoc reports for internal stakeholders and external customers.
Through comprehensive audits and assessments, the role will identify areas for improvement and contribute to the prevention of revenue leakage.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Description
Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reporting.
Run & prepare regular reports from several systems utilised by the organisation to provide insights on performance to management.
Run ad hoc reports based on business requirements.
Run ad hoc reports requested by management for internal stakeholders as well as customers.
Conduct internal audits
Carry out regular internal audits and evaluations to ensure processes and internal policies are being adhered to & that they are effective.
Support changes in processes by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Help communicate and coordinate with teams to help deliver changes to processes identified by audits and internal controls.
