Job Title: Morning Controller/Dispatcher

Location: Kolkata, India (Work from Office)

Shift Timings: 3:00 AM to 11:00 AM (London Time) / 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (India Time)

Salary: ₹35,000 to ₹40,000 per month

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Morning Controller/Dispatcher to oversee operations for HCD Chauffeur Drive from our Kolkata office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor Bookings & Drivers: Track and manage all bookings during the shift, ensuring timely assignments and updates to drivers.
• Communication: Respond promptly and professionally to emails, WhatsApp inquiries and phone calls from clients and drivers during the shift.
• Driver Coordination: Allocate jobs to drivers and ensure they follow the planned schedule without delays.
• Real-Time Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during bookings, such as delays, last-minute changes, or client queries.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent support to clients by addressing their needs, answering queries, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all completed and ongoing bookings, escalating any unresolved issues to the relevant team.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role such as operations, logistics, or customer support (preferably in the transportation industry).
• Communication Skills: Strong spoken and written English skills, with clear and confident telephone and written communication abilities.
• Customer Service: Proven experience in delivering excellent customer care, with the ability to handle challenging calls calmly and professionally.
• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure and prioritize effectively during peak hours.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using booking/dispatch systems, email platforms, and Microsoft Office.
• Team Player: Strong coordination skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• Availability: Must be able to work the specified shift timings, including Saturdays, and be flexible for occasional extended hours if needed.
