Senior Software Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Software Architect with over 13 years of expertise in software development and architecture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading complex projects, designing scalable and robust software systems, and driving technical excellence within teams.

This role requires a deep understanding of modern architectural principles, emerging technologies, and hands-on leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams toward successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Architectural Design & Development

• Define and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance architecture for enterprise-level applications.
• Create and maintain architectural blueprints, technical roadmaps, and system integration designs.
• Ensure alignment of technology solutions with business objectives.
  

Technology Leadership

• Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Establish coding and design standards, ensuring best practices are followed across teams.
• Provide technical direction to software engineers and collaborate with stakeholders.

Project Oversight

• Oversee the end-to-end development lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
• Resolve technical challenges by working closely with developers and project managers.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects without compromising quality or performance.
  

Team Collaboration & Mentorship

• Act as a technical mentor to developers, fostering growth and upskilling within teams.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery.
• Lead technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture validation.

System Scalability & Security

• Ensure systems are built for scalability, reliability, and security.
• Address technical debt and identify opportunities to optimize system performance.

Technical Skills

Software Architecture & Design

• Expertise in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable software systems.
• Proficiency in architectural patterns like Microservices, Monolithic, SOA, and Event-Driven Architecture.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, load balancing, and fault tolerance.

Programming Languages

• Advanced proficiency in languages like Java, Python, C#, C++, Go, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Ruby.

Cloud Computing

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform for cloud-based solution architecture.
• Knowledge of cloud-native designs, serverless architecture, and hybrid cloud solutions.

Databases

• Proficiency in both SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) databases.
• Experience in database optimization, indexing, and replication strategies.

DevOps & CI/CD

• Expertise in DevOps tools and processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Bamboo).

API & Integration
