Job Description
- Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate Software Engineer specializing in Business Applications APIs to join our team. The role requires extensive experience in building and integrating scalable APIs using C#, .NET, and Azure Cloud technologies. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in API development, RESTful services, and working with Azure's rich ecosystem of services to drive business applications' smooth operation.
- Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and integrate RESTful and OData APIs in an Azure cloud environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Implement authentication protocols like OAuth and JWT to ensure secure API communication.
- Maintain and troubleshoot existing API services.
- Work with relational databases such as SQL Server or Oracle, ensuring smooth data migration where required.
- Manage Azure services such as Azure Functions, Azure Key Vault, Azure Service Bus, and Azure Logic Apps.
- Contribute to the development of new features and resolve errors in existing business applications.
- Represent the company in technical meetings, discussions with external partners, and third-party application integrations (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics).
- Provide training and support to team members in using developed applications.
- Desired Profile:
- Strong background in C# and the .NET ecosystem.
- Experience (3-4+ years) in developing and maintaining RESTful and OData APIs.
- Proficiency in Azure services: Azure Functions, AKS, Service Bus, Logic Apps, etc.
- Expertise in authentication protocols (OAuth, JWT) and API documentation tools like Swagger/OpenAPI.
- Familiarity with relational databases like SQL Server or Oracle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Bicep.
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, and Docker.
- Exposure to React and other modern front-end technologies.
- Experience working in remote teams.
