Sales Engineer

We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our Sales Team. This role involves working closely with clients, internal teams, and senior leadership to drive sales and ensure seamless execution of projects. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment and have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

 1.    Client Management:

    •    Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction.

    •    Handle incoming queries and proposals, providing prompt and professional responses.

    2.    Sales Process:

    •    Work collaboratively with the sales team to meet monthly and annual sales targets.

    •    Liaise with clients to close deals and secure orders.

    3.    Order Execution:

    •    Coordinate with the production and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.

    •    Monitor progress and address any issues that arise during the execution phase.

    4.    Team Collaboration:

    •    Contribute to a cohesive and supportive team environment by working alongside experienced seniors.

    •    Take initiative to learn, grow, and add value to the team.

    5.    Reporting and Documentation:

    •    Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports as needed.

    •    Use tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint to manage data and communicate effectively.

Key Qualifications:

    •    Diploma or B.Tech in a technical field (HVAC knowledge is a plus).

    •    4-6 years of experience in sales or client management (freshers with the right attitude can also apply).

    •    Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    •    Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
