1. Must have resided at minimum 2 regions, regions being North, East, West & South.
2. Team handling of minimum 20 people.
3. Exposure to Doctor and Hospital working.
4. Exposure to building Field Sales Capability
5. IT solutions like DMS, SFA, CRM, etc.
6.Experience in launch of new products and brand segments
7. Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business targets.
8. Set short-term and long-term sales goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
9. Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team.
10. Foster a high-performance sales culture through training, motivation, and goal alignment.
11. Person is to be high process and system oriented.
