We are seeking Regional Sales Manager spearheads Marketing, Sales and Operations divisions by managing Sales & Marketing by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources in respected area. In-depth knowledge of product costing and negotiation skills. Driving sales strategies and to generate exceptional sales volumes. Expertise in monitoring growth & profitability.
Responsibilities:
Appoint & Manage Dealer/Distributors.
Identifying potential areas in the respective territory, Supporting Executives in opening /appointing Dealers in their areas.
To make sales forecast with relation to specific products/Brands and even segregate the targets among various outlets based on their area potential and business opportunities. This must be carried out product wise, brand wise, distributor wise and outlet wise.
Maintaining Distributors Health - Stock turnover ratio, payments in time, sales targets.
Educating the sales team with respect to products, best practices, distributor relationship, promotional schemes etc.
Checking & verifying claims of Distributors.
Watch on competitor activity & proposing action plan to beat the same.
Recruitment & Training of ASMs, Executives.
To ensure smooth co-ordination between Backend & frontend team.
Regular visit to Market along with Executives to check Health of the Brand in the Market.
Appraise the Performance % of Primary sales against Target. % of Secondary sales against Target, Width - Growth in number of stores, Depth - Growth in sales per store.
Must Have:
MBA with Marketing
10-20 years of experience in Sales (Apparel/Garments)
Expert in Excel (queries, pivot tables and lookups)
Expert in Channel Sales
High level of integrity & work ethics
Positive go getter attitude with result orientation
