Head - Finance - Real Estate (10-12 yrs)

A Real Estate Startup looking for a - Head Of Finance to:

- Forecast cash flow to ensure the company can meet its financial obligations.

- Assess the viability of real estate investments (both residential and commercial), including evaluating the return on investment (ROI), net present value (NPV), internal rate of return (IRR), and other financial metrics.

- Prepare accurate financial statements for the company or investment fund, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

- Generate regular reports on project costs, financial progress, and returns for senior management or stakeholders.

- Ensure tax filings are correct and timely, considering local tax laws related to real estate transactions, capital gains, and property taxes.

- Monitor and control the costs associated with development projects.

- Identify financial risks related to real estate transactions (e.g., interest rate fluctuations, market downturns, or regulatory changes) and propose risk mitigation strategies.

- Oversee the structure of financing agreements.

This role would help drive financial strategy, risk management, and reporting within the organization, ensuring the company's investments and projects are financially sound and aligned with growth objectives.
