Finance Head - Real Estate (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Scope of work will be for Pan India projects.

- Centrally monitor project Financials & Budgets, prepare monthly MIS dashboard for management.

- Assist Senior Management in creating financial plans, review AOPs, cash flows for all projects

- Ensure that the project remains within the framework through cost, time and quality

- Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders as required

- Removing any bottlenecks that hamper the progress of a project

- Interacting with BD team and work on opening opportunities, Prepare cost benefit analysis and feasibility study of new project opportunities

- Ensure implementation of financial decisions as taken by management across all projects

Qualifications and Work Experience:

- MBA (Finance) / CA

- Should have at least 10 yrs of experience in Finance and Strategy, preferably in Real Estate projects
