• Recruitment & selection
• Coordinating job postings
• Sourcing candidates
• Screening resumes
• Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team
• Conducting interviews
• Putting together an employment offer
• Guiding the salary negotiations
• Conducting reference and background checks
• Managing the employee onboarding process
• Serving as an advisor to hiring managers
• Training, etc including the entire HR & Admin activities.
• Onboarding & Induction New-Joinee Formalities
• Offer Letter Preparation as per Checklist
• Attendance & Payroll
• ESI & PF procedure:
• Employee Engagement Activities
• Performance Review -Appraisal yearly
• Exit Formalities

Additional Information:

• Office Timings: 09:00 AM -07:00 PM
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday (04th Saturday will be off)
• Location: Koramangala Bangalore
• Age-Below 40 years
