Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

For Business Development Manager (BDM):

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase student enrollments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with schools, tuition centers, and key stakeholders to promote the institute.
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to enhance brand presence.
  • Lead and mentor the business development team to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
  • Conduct market research to analyze competitors, industry trends, and student preferences.
  • Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events to attract potential students.
  • Work closely with the academic and counseling teams to ensure seamless student onboarding.
  • Monitor and improve lead conversion rates by optimizing follow-up strategies.

For Business Development Executive (BDE):

  • Generate leads through various channels like field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Counsel students and parents regarding JEE/NEET courses, fee structures, and admission processes.
  • Follow up with potential students and convert inquiries into enrollments.
  • Distribute brochures, flyers, and promotional materials at schools and coaching centers.
  • Assist in organizing seminars, demo classes, and orientation sessions.
  • Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM software.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • For BDM: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in the education sector.
  • For BDE: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or student counseling.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to build long-term relationships with students, parents, and institutions.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to travel locally for business development activities.
