Role & responsibilities -

Job Description:

The ideal candidate must combine technical knowledge with sales skills and experience to help us build up our business activities for the Smart Security Solutions,CCTV,Video Door Phones, Video Intercoms, Smart Door Locks, Access Control Systems.

Role and Responsibility:

• Handle India Mart Leads , generate sales and achieve sales target.
• Sourcing potential new customers and maintaining regular contact with existing customers.
• Travelling to potential customers to Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products.
• Target based sales. Revenue Generation
• Developing long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Working in the customer satisfaction in term of technical needs, quality, price and delivery.
• Provide customers with quotations and regular follow-up.
• Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and supporting the after-sales team.
• Meeting regular sales targets and coordinating sales projects.
• Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• B. Tech in Electronics Engineering.
• Must have 2-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing of Smart Security Solutions
• Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
• Networking and Relationship building
• Flexible to travel as required.
• Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of commonly used Sales and Solution selling concepts, practices, policies and procedures.
