TVF - Assistant Manager - Project Accounts (3-5 yrs)

- We're looking for an Assistant Manager Project Accounts to handle project accounting and reporting for on going projects across India.

- The candidate will manage audits, monthly book closures, compliances, reconciliations, and coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling and managing accounting of assigned web shows / Projects at various locations in pan India.

- Preparation of Monthly MIS & Maintaining Inventory report of shows.

- Preparation & Maintaining accounting, master sheet & other reports of assigned shows.

- Co-ordinating with production team, cashier, and external project auditor for smooth operations of shows.

- Handling and active involvement in negotiations for rates with vendor/crew etc. along with Commercial & Audit team.

- Handling & managing all communications & information on deals & credit terms with vendors.

Managing Accounts Payable:

- Co-coordinating with crew members includes Writers, Creative, Artist, Director, Cameraman, and all technicians of show.

- Managing banking operations, fund management & online transactions.

- Ensure monthly provisions of expenditure & finalization of production accounts.

- Ensure compliance with statutory & internal audit requirements.

Skills & Competencies:

- Candidates with background of project accounts in media & entertainment industry are only preferred.

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills.

Negotiation & Vendor Management:

- Team Coordination & Stakeholder Management.

- Attention to Detail & Accuracy.

- Experience in Tally ERP 9, good knowledge of MS office.

Location: Andheri West, Mumbai.

Experience: 3-5 years.

Qualification: BCom/MCom.
