Key skills for the job
- We are looking for Assistant Manager Brand Solutions who will be responsible for understanding brand briefs, recommending effective solutions, and building long-term client relationships.
- They will work closely with sales, creative, social media, and account management teams to ideate, execute, and deliver tailored marketing solutions that align with client objectives and industry trends.
This role entails the following:
- Understand brand briefs/brand challenges and recommend effective solutions within the resources indicated with a core focus on developing long-standing client relationships and maximizing client value.
- Drive ideation across all relevant offerings through brainstorming sessions with the respective teams.
Working closely with Stakeholders:
- Sales team - Interpret brief from the sales team and understand the brand positioning, Key Marketing Challenges, and Brand Objective and suggest a formidable solution within the gamut of the resources available and the basis of the criteria that are set by the brand (duration, budgets, etc.
- Create proposal decks with complete content & marketing solutions including roll-out plans and KPIs.
- Client Team Liaising between the client and the relevant execution team members internally during the execution process.
- Creative Team Ideating on the proposed solution, maintaining timelines, and ensuring that content is in line with the channel as well as the brand brief.
- Social Media Team Ensuring that all our content is being published and pushed live as per the social calendar set for every campaign and within pre-set brand guardrails.
- Account Management Team - Ensuring smooth project management with timely apprising and information sharing with the client.
In addition to this, the candidate will be responsible for some key duties as a BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE function:
Media Industry:
- Updates Sharing market knowledge of various industries by scanning various news, media, and industry news portals.
Campaign Research:
- Keeping abreast with what other publishers are offering in the market, case studies of innovative offerings, knowledge of new technology in media / social.
Competition Analysis:
- Scan various competition sites and see who are the brand that is running on other sites and share with the sales team periodically.
Skills & Competencies:
- Demonstrate creativity and the ability to take initiatives.
- Lead teams to achieve shared strategic goals & targets of clients in alignment with internal stakeholders.
- Provide breakthrough ideas and function effectively in a highly dynamic environment.
- Strike the right balance between storytelling, marketing, creativity with a commercial acumen.
- Ability to narrate stories for a seamless understanding of the solutions and translate this to the Power Point deck.
- Good understanding and knowledge of digital space is non-negotiable.
Location: Andheri West, Mumbai.
Experience: 3-5 years.
Qualification: Post-graduate/ Diploma in Mass Communication / MBA (Marketing).
Prior Relevant Experience: Marketing/ Brand Solutions/ Sales Support/ Account management in Digital Media Publishing entity / Media Agency / Creative Agency.
